4. Nature of Prepaid Passes: A Pass grants a specified numerical allowance of API requests (prompts). Passes are valid for a strict period of 90 calendar days from the exact moment of activation. Upon expiration of this period, or upon exhaustion of the request allowance—whichever occurs first—the Pass becomes permanently invalid. Unused requests do not roll over, and Passes cannot be paused, transferred, or consolidated.

5. We do not control these third parties and are not liable for their service interruptions, downtimes, or policy changes. 10. Intellectual Property: ResearchPrivateAi claims no ownership rights over the specific text you input ("Prompts") or the exact textual output generated in response. However, the underlying codebase, platform design, algorithms, logos, and the ResearchPrivateAi brand are the exclusive intellectual property of ResearchPrivateAi and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

11. Service Availability: While we strive for maximum uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Website. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or modifications to the platform at any time, which may result in temporary unavailability.
